Water separator and drainage device

Our IWD, EWD, WD, and TWD systems can solve a wide range of compressed air condensate drainage problems, even in systems with very high pollution levels. Water separators and drainage systems provide safe, reliable, and economical condensate management.

Reliable and Clean Air The air leaving the compressor is very humid. It also contains oil (unless you are using an oil-free compressor) and solid particles. Together, they form abrasive, often acidic sludge. Without air treatment, this murky mixture will enter your compressed air system, corroding piping, damaging pneumatic tools, and potentially affecting your finished products.
WSD Water Separators Our WSD water separators extend the life and reliability of your compressed air coolers through efficient condensate management. The water separator prevents condensate formation in the air system. The separator is a standard accessory for Atlas Copco aftercoolers and can also be installed anywhere in your system. These cyclone separators are made entirely of rust-resistant materials, removing water mist and protecting system components such as dryers and filters. They are maintenance-free, have no moving parts, and come with automatic or manual drainage devices.
